This refreshing Kiwi Green Smoothie is the perfect recipe for the warmer Spring weather. It’s high in protein so will keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Kiwi Green Smoothie
2 servings
5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 kiwifruit (small, peeled)
1 banana (frozen)
70 grams of baby spinach
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
350mls water
4 ice cubes
Method:
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes:
If you don’t have chia seeds, use flax seeds instead. If you don’t have protein powder, you can use hemp seeds instead.
