Healthy Raspberry Ice Cream

This delicious Healthy Raspberry Ice Cream is the perfect for those times you are looking for a sweet treat but still want to eat healthy. Have the ingredients on standby whenever you feel the need for ice cream or dessert.

It is grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg free and nut free and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

It’s easy to make and contains nutrient-dense ingredients that are all good for you! This recipe will serve 2 people and take you about five minutes to make.

You can adjust maple syrup to taste, add a pinch of salt and/or a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavour. To make it a bit fancier for entertaining, top with additional frozen raspberries, flaked coconut or granola for extra crunch.

If you don’t have raspberries, you could use frozen blueberries or strawberries or mixed berries instead.

Store in the freezer until ready to eat. For easier scooping, let leftover frozen treat sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

One serving is equal to approximately 3/4 cup.

Healthy Raspberry Ice Cream

1 Avocado
1 cup Raspberries (frozen)
1/2 Banana (small, frozen)
2 tablespoons Organic Coconut Milk (full fat, from the can)
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup


Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
